By going Back to Basics, you will learn the tools to improve and maintain your weight and overall health. The program is based on real food from the grocery store and healthy habits.

How to get started
After filling out a detailed form all about YOU and completing a food diary (it is only for 5 days and both will be sent to you).
- Initial meeting either over the phone or face to face through Zoom to discuss starting points, your expectations and to answer any questions
- 8 (weekly or bi-weekly) one on one meetings either over the phone or face to face through Zoom to discuss progress and next steps
- Sample meal plan will be provided after fourth one on one

In order to make lasting changes, we have to know where we are starting.
